The entire structure consists of three architectural layers with curved lines inspired by connecting bridges, creating a design that is both modern and highly artistic.

Spanning a total width of approximately 100 meters, the stage area has been expanded to provide better viewing angles for audiences across different seating sections. The main performance zone measures roughly 50 meters wide and covers nearly 1,200 square meters, allowing DIFF 2026 to deliver large-scale productions that combine fireworks, music, and multi-layer performance effects.

The most distinctive feature is the system of five kinetic arches, which can operate independently or move in synchronization in real time. The central arches can rise and descend in less than 70 seconds, creating seamless scene transitions throughout the performances.
